Terms of Agreement - Subscription Service for Cash Auctions by Monahan Real Estate & Development LLC

By completing this “Sign-Up” form you agree to our Terms of Sale for each auction as well as the following Terms & Conditions:

1. Payment Terms – Once this form has been completed it will take 2–3 business days for us to process your enrollment. Once your subscription has been processed, you will be charged for the agreed upon amount above; Billing is recurring, and your subscription will be automatically charged each period.

2. Subscription Services – The Membership entitles you to the following perks (subject to change):
- Free Preview – Waived (normally $10)
- Free Loading Assistance – Waived
- Free Late Pick Up – Waived (normally $25)
- Free Disposal – Waived (normally $5/item)
- Automatic Registration – Permanent Bidder Number
- Monthly Prize Drawing – One member wins a giveaway each month
- Seasonal Private Auctions – Four members-only auctions per year

3. Termination of Subscription – You can cancel anytime via phone or email. Recurring billing will cease after the final charge period. No refunds for processed payments. Members must follow the Terms of Sale for each auction.
